The Leadership Development Retreat will be held on October 5-6 at Centennial UMC in Roseville in combination with the Conference Fall Gathering. LDR starts at 3:30 pm on Saturday and ends 2:30 pm on Sunday.
Once again, this will be in combination with the Conference Fall Gathering. All officers should have receive an email in mid-August with details about the event and lodging information.
LDR is designed for all Conference and District Leaders to strengthen their leadership skills, learn, worship, and fellowship together. It is an important component of serving as an officer in United Women in Faith.
This year's LDR is particularly important as we will be discussing the MN Conference's change from five to four districts and how this will affect all of us in UWFaith. We need input from all of you to make this a successful transition
